Community Development - Ethnic Health Action Worker

Part time - 18 hours per week
Gross Salary - £14,700 including London Weighting


EMAG is keen to appoint someone with drive and enthusiasm to work with Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) residents of the borough of Richmond-upon-Thames.

The post holder will have the key responsibility to actively promote the concept and practice of community development targeting BME communities. The primary focus of the post is to tackle inequalities in health and improve the health and well being of black and minority ethnic communities. This post involves outreach work with the BME communities to deliver health promotion and disease prevention literature, advice and support.
