Multicultural Event
We organise multicultural events every year in November, to promote community cohesion, held
at Hounslow Heath Community Centre, 190 Edgar Road Hounslow Middlesex TW4 5QP.
We had an impressive turnout of 150 people at the event held on 17h November 2006 to celebrate Christmas, Diwali, Guru Nanak Devji’s Birthday and Idd. There was festive food and music and members had a chance to meet invited guests including the Mayor of Richmond, Borough Chief Executive, Senior members of the Police, RHP Tenants Association and other organisations.
0n 20th October eighty female members met to celebrate Karva Chauth, an event for women who fast for long life for their husbands.
